How to Identify
In this context all existing public contacts are formatted as follow: country code : e.g. 49 area code: empty mobile number: 017xxxxxxxyy Customer uses the GFI FaxMaker Client to send SMS. SMS number of each recipient are selected from the public contacts. In Microsoft Exchange 2007 server the contacts were retrieved properly AND inserted into the TO field. Since upgrade to Microsoft Exchange 2013 the same contacts are not retrieved properly AND are NOT inserted correctly into the TO fields. Troubleshooting files and SMTP trace are attached.
