Overview
Faxes are not being sent because of a coverpage conversion issue. From the GFI FaxMaker monitor, the fax would be seen as 'Converting' however, no details would be given and remains in that state until it fails.

Root Cause
The DEP (Data Execution Prevention) would be interfering with the coverpage conversion process not allowing GFI FaxMaker to perform the needed actions before the fax is actually sent.
Resolution
- Enable Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only or create an exception for fmgwinet.exe, fmserver.exe, and fmservic.exe.
- Set the DEP Exclusions.
Confirmation
The faxes are sent successfully after the conversion process.
