Overview

The coverpages do not show in the Coverpages list box in the GFI FaxMaker client.

Root Cause

The Coverpages configured in the user configuration will not be displayed automatically in the GFI FaxMaker fax message form. You must enter the Coverpages names manually the first time the coverpage is specified. The name that is entered in the Coverpages field on the GFI FaxMaker fax message form will then be stored by the GFI FaxMaker fax message form in the drop-down box for future use.

Resolution

To resolve this, you need to enter the Coverpages names manually the first time Coverpages is specified.
