Overview

When accessing the web interface of the Exinda, the users sometimes get the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /ams/ on this server.

Apache server at 10.3.3.120 Port 443

This article provides a resolution to this error.

Resolution

The Secure Shell (SSH) is still available in this scenario. The user simply needs to factory reset the Exinda to get it working.

factory default keep-connect keep-monitor

This will factory reset the Exinda keeping the IP configuration and monitoring stats on it.
