Creating Out of Office notice for all domain users

Overview

It might be necessary to create an Out of office email notification for all domain users in bulk.

Such configuration can be achieved using Kerio Connect Message Filter rules.

Prerequisites

Access to the Kerio Connect Administration

Solution

  1. Login to Kerio Connect Webadmin.
  2. Navigate to Configuration -> Message Filters -> under Incoming Rules section click Add.
  3. Fill out the necessary fields:
    1. To field contains = @kerio_connect_domain.name
    2. Actions = Auto-reply with the necessary OOO message

    3. (Optional) Enable Stop any other rules if necessary.
  4. Click OK and Apply.

Confirmation

All incoming emails will be responded by global Out of Office autoreply email.
