Overview
Various Calendar synchronization issues have been found with Kerio Connect and Samsung Mobile devices using the Samsung Mail/Calendar app (shared Calendars not synced, one-directional sync from Webmail to Android device, etc.). The affected protocol is the Exchange Activesync (EAS).
This article provides information regarding two workarounds to overcome these synchronization problems.

Note: The Engineering released a Kerio Connect 9.2.12 patch 1 to resolve the issue.
There are two recommended ways to bypass this issue while our developers investigate the root cause:
- Use the Gmail (Google Calendar) application for the time being.
- Configure the Exchange Account type instead of the Microsoft Exchange Activesync type.
