How to Identify

Grab a copy of the email that had the disclaimer added with MailEssentials. In the body will display the following: charset=us-ascii" http-equiv=Content-Type>

Workaround / Fix Details

Verify Issue matches above. Upgrade to MailEssentials SR2 (Build 20140308) If issue still occurs after upgrade Gather troubleshooter logs and source archives. Escalate the case to PSG.
