How to Identify

Outbound calendar invites are getting corrupt after the upgrade. Open the following product.config in notepad file located in the following directory ...GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\Data Locate the following line and make sure it is set to 1 After the upgrade some installations are rolling the above setting to 0 and this will corrupt the Calendar invite.

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply the below patch: http://cdnpatches.gfi.com/me/20150102/ME2015_PATCH_20150223_2506_2513_2529.zip Verify that the Product.config file has the correct value -If the value is set to 0 then, edit the file 1 -Restart All gfiservices and Transport(or smtp depending on environment) -If issue persists gather source archives and logs and escalate.
