How to Identify
When the customer is in IIS mode and tries to log in, the UI will never load and it will throw a timeout error. The internet browser will display the following: Error on the Webpage indicates a timeout issue. Timing out: "[HttpException (0x80004005): Request timed out.]" Log to identify the issue: Path Location GFI\MailEssentials\wwwconf\debuglogs Log Name: SID.log "error ","SID","error: Getting User Groups: System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted. ; at System.DirectoryServices.Interop.UnsafeNativeMethods.IDirectorySearch.GetFirstRow(IntPtr hSearchResult) ; at System.DirectoryServices.SearchResultCollection.ResultsEnumerator.MoveNext() ; at System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.ADDNLinkedAttrSet.GetNextSearchResult() ; at System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.ADDNLinkedAttrSet.MoveNextMemberSearcher() ; at System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.ADDNLinkedAttrSet.MoveNext() ; at System.DirectoryServices.AccountManagement.FindResultEnumerator`1.MoveNext() ; at System.Linq.Enumerable.Count[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source) ; at MEC.Sid.GetSId.GetAuthorizationGroups(Principal group) ; at MEC.Sid.GetSId.GetAuthorizationGroups(Principal group)
