How to Identify

1. Pop2Exchange fails to log in while other 3rd party POP3 clients have no issues logging in (alternatively user/password can be tested via telnet). 2. Changes done to Pop2Exchange section are not preserved (leaving the Pop2Exchange point and coming back shows no change and no changes saved to pop2exchange.xml) Debug files show errors similar to: 2013-12-24,21:20:27,287,8,"#0000101c","#000022b4", server> +OK <4163.1387938027@p7plpep05-02.prod.pori3.someserver.net>\r\n 2013-12-24,21:20:27,303,8,"#0000101c","#000022b4", client> USER jennifer@somedomain.com\r\n 2013-12-24,21:20:27,412,8,"#0000101c","#000022b4", server> +OK \r\n 2013-12-24,21:20:27,428,8,"#0000101c","#000022b4", client> PASS ***** 2013-12-24,21:20:27,569,8,"#0000101c","#000022b4", server> -ERR authorization failed Check your server settings.\r\n
