After upgrading to GFI MailEssentials 2014, the previous disclaimers are not showing in the Mailessentials Configuration. -Verify that the disclaimers are listed in the Config.mdb > Disclaimers table

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply patch http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/temp/PSG/ME/patches/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140523_1649.zip -Verify that the customer is on the latest build 20140308 -Upgrade to MailEssentials 2015 or later -Escalate if issue persists
