Problem Summary
Reporting queues will back up due to a new type of spam. The spam will make us try and right the information twice and fail to insert the same values into the database

How to Identify
Check the Private queues in Microsoft Message Queuing. -Items will build in the reporting queues when reporting is enabled Errors in the following log report Duplicate entries. Log Location -MailEssentials\EmailSecurity\debuglogs Log name "ReportingFailures.log Error occurring error ","ReportingFailures","Error: Error: MailEssentials.Reporting.ReportingBackendFailedInsertion: Failed to insert reporting data ---> NHibernate.Exceptions.GenericADOException: could not insert: [MailEssentials.Reporting.Model.SpamEmail#MailEssentials.Reporting.Model.SpamEmailId][SQL: INSERT INTO meces_spam (blockreasonid, uniqueguid, pluginid) VALUES (?, ?, ?)] --->
Workaround / Fix Details
-Purge the private Queues -Recreate the reports.fdb -Upgrade to latest build MailEssentials 2015 -Verify error matches error entries from above -Gather fresh set of troubleshooter logs -Escalate to PSG
