Overview

When viewing an item in the Quarantine, you receive an error:

Error Code: P15 environment variable name or value is too long.

Environment

• GFI MailEssentials
• All supported environments

Root Cause

The General Internet Information Services (IIS) reading the DateTime.

Resolution

• Restart IIS Admin service.
• Otherwise, if that does not resolve the issue, restart the server.
