How to Identify

The user receives a notification email with the blocked content present in the email.

Workaround / Fix Details

Comment the below line by navigating and editing the ...\GFI MailEssentils\templates\notifyuser\html.txt file: edit to: This will comment the line and prevent the blocked content to be sent out to the user. The email will still be received.

Apply above workaround and attach article to case or upgrade to 2015.
