This article provides information on how to change the quarantine folder's location.

Environment

Mail Essentials 20.x / 21.x

Resolution

1. Launch the Switchboard (this can be done by executing the following file: ..\GFI\MailEssentials\mecswitchboard.exe)
2. Click the Quarantine tab.
3. Change the directory of the Quarantine folder.
