How to Identify

When trying to enable Directory Harvesting and configure LDAP, the following error is thrown: 'LDAPUserDBLib, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4637077a7a2c17fb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Workaround / Fix Details

1. Download the below file in the ...\MailEssentials\Attendant\bin folder http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/temp/psg/ME/Temp/ldapuserdblib.dll 2. Right click on the file, select Properties and Unblock it, should the option be available 3. Restart the GFI MailEssentials Attendant service Also, please navigate to %temp% or it's root folder and send me all gfimes_#### logs, zipped together in an archive, so that we can find out how that issue occurred.
