Check to see if temp files are accumulating in these folders: ..\GFI\MailEssentials\Temp\ ..\GFI\MailEssentials\Temp\tnefupck\ Please note that this is unrelated to any issues of JET files building up in the Windows\Temp folder.

Workaround / Fix Details

Upgrade customer to GFI MailEssentials 2015 or later The temp files can be deleted. They are temporary copies of emails that have already been processed and delivered but not deleted properly.
