How to Identify

- On Exchange 2007/2010 environments there would be no mailflow - The Exchange Transport Agents are not installed - MailEssentials can't be uninstalled from the Control Panel (uninstall would terminate in an error) - The E2k7wiz.EXE, DLLs and CONFIG files are missing from the system

Upgrade customer to GFI MailEssentials 2015 or later
