Problem Summary

When external users send to the distribution list inside a domain, they receive back multiple duplicate copies of their emails. Internal users are not affected.

How to Identify

External users, when sending emails to a discussion list within a domain, receive multiple duplicate emails from the discussion list. Internal users are not affected; they receive emails back from the discussion list as normal. It is not certain if it is a bug or a quirk of certain Exchange environments so no bug tracking ticket has been created yet.

Upgrade customer to GFI MailEssentials 2015 or later
