How to Identify

Make sure there are no third party processes which are locking the files and that exclusions are set for all running antivirus and backup programs. Check all the temp folders where GFI MailEssentials is writing files and confirm that the files were created over several days: ...\MailEssentials\temp ...\MailEssentials\ActionServices\temp ... etc %temp% C:\Windows\Temp
