Overview

Directory Harvesting is blocking messages from newly added Inbound Email domains. The domains included in the General Settings are also correct.

Environment

• GFI MailEssentials
• All supported environments

Root Cause

The connection from GFI MailEssentials to Microsoft Active Directory needs to be reset to pick up the changes within some environments.

Resolution

Restart the following services:

• GFI MailEssentials Legacy Attendant
• GFI MailEssentials Anti-Spam Attendant
• GFI MailEssentials Anti-Spam (AS) Scan Engine

Alternatively, you can also reboot the server where GFI MailEssentials is installed.
