How to Identify
- Switchboard > Exchange account > Change > Use the following account. - When inserting user manually, such as DOUG\Administrator and Password, click Finish, user is not saved. - Running as Remote-AD. - This does not happen when installed on Exchange.
Required Actions
Navigate to General Settings > Product Updates > install patch GFIME-860
