How to Identify

When using Email management, Content Filter Exclusion lists, or other lists, account names are shown as [Deleted User] or SIDs

Workaround / Fix Details

Please download the following zip file: http://psg.gfi.com/ME/Patches/ME20/GFIME-1285.zip 1. Extract the file 2. Right click and select properties 3. Unblock the file in the General tab if necessary 4. Stop all MailEssentials services (Disable the two scan engine services) 5. Take a backup of C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\MailEssentials\Attendent\MEC.Configuration.dll 6. Place the unzipped file in it;s place 7. Enable and restart the service Please let me know if that resolves the issue.

Install 20.2 patch 3 or upgrade to 20.3
