  Problem Summary
Reporting queues are building up due to the amount of Spam filtering through and can cause degraded performance once the private queues hit 103,000 in the reporting queues

  How to Identify
Private queues will back up until reaching limit 103,000. When the queues reach the limit, emails will start to slip through unfiltered. Locate and verify that the private queues "gfimereportq@" are all backed up.
  Workaround / Fix Details
Send customer the following patch http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140308/ME2014_SR2_PATCH_20140409_1605.zip Issue is resolved. Please make sure the customer is on the latest build of GFI MailEssentials
