Specific fax transmission reports all land up in the EmailSecurity Failedmail folder. The customer might be using Cycos fax software.

Workaround / Fix Details

Potential patch available at PSG. Upgrade to latest build of GFI MailEssentials 2015 or Later

Required Actions

Verify that all and only fax transmission report emails land up in failedmails. Upgrade to latest build of GFI MailEssentials 2015 or Later If on the latest build collect Troubleshooting files, Sink/Source Archives and some example messages from the Failedmails folder and escalate to PSG.
