How to Identify

Customer will approach Tech Support stating there is No Mailflow or emails are landing in AntiSpam/Failedmails. Workaround / Fix Details

As a workaround, change a setting in AntiSpam module, such as disable and enable Spamrazer, click Apply, this should force a connection to config.mdb and fix the issue.
