Problem Summary

The GFI Mailessentials Enterprise Transfer Service does not finish merging data, the PWLBL.xml file is not created.

How to Identify

When starting the merging process, most of the synchronised xml files will be created but not the PWLBL.xml file. The issue is caused by emails containing special/unexpected characters, like " ' " (single quote).

Workaround / Fix Details

Identify issue as per above information, attach article to case and apply following patch: http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/ME2014/20140627/ME2014_R2_PATCH_20141118_2370.zip
