The synchronisation ssue is identifiable by the following error: "error ","OutlookAddInCore","Error: Outlook Junk Options to MEC Synchronization failed with error: System.InvalidCastException: Error in IMsgServiceAdmin::AdminProviders: MAPI_E_INTERFACE_NOT_SUPPORTED ; at GFI.ThirdParty.Redemption.RDOJunkEmailOptionsClass.get_BlockedSenders() ... Updates the Redemption dll version to v5.7. 2. GFI MailEssentials plugin fails to detect installed Microsoft Outlook (TT1446), as per following log excerpt: Translating [WizardFinishButton / Content] --> _Finish Pane loaded: MailEssentials.Installer.Bootstrapper.OutlookPlugin.ViewModels.OfficeOutlookNotDetectedViewModel View type [OfficeOutlookNotDetectedViewModel] found in map Translating [OutlookMissingWarning / Text] Translating [OutlookMissingWarning / Text] --> Microsoft Outlook was not detected on this machine.
