Overview

All text appears mirrored in all web browsers on Android phones when using the GFI MailArchiver 2011 R2 Mobile User Interface with Arabic localization.

Root Cause

This issue occurs on Android phones which were bought outside of the Middle East. The problem is caused by the operating system and it is not related to GFI MailArchiver.

Resolution

• Refrain from using Android phones not purchased from the Middle East in order to avoid this issue.
• The text is correctly displayed when using Arabic localization in phones purchased from this area.
