How to Identify

If a MailInsights report is generated that queries the indexes via Search and an index that does not fall into the date range of the report is in merging state the report is not generated. By design it was intended that if an archive store is in merging state if will not generate the MailInsight report so that it does not produce incorrect result. However this rule should only apply for archive stores who fall with in the date range (scope) of the requested report.
