Overview

This article describes the process to check the number of emails a particular user has in an Archive Store.

Process

1. Open the web page as a user who has been granted Full Access permissions under Configuration > Roles and Permissions.
   
   
2. Select the Archive tab.
   
   
3. Click on the Account List icon:
   
   
4. From the Account List window, select the desired Archive Store from List accounts in archive drop-down list.
