GFI Archiver | How to set the Outlook Connector to display multiple archive mailboxes

Please follow the steps below depending on the version of Outlook you are running:

Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013/2016

1. From Outlook, click the File tab
2. Click Account Settings
3. Select the Data Files tab
4. Select Add
5. Select GFI Archiver and click OK. You will be prompted with a list of other mailboxes that the current user has access to. Select the desired mailbox and click OK.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 / 2007

1. From Microsoft Outlook, navigate to File > Data File Management
2. From the dialog/tab, select GFI Archiver Mailbox and click Add
3. Select GFI Archiver and click OK. You will be prompted with a list of other mailboxes that the current user has access to. Select the desired mailbox and click OK.

Notes

• If the current user does not have access delegated to any other mailboxes, you will not be able to add anything besides his/her own mailbox. In order to delegate access, this needs to be done from here.
