The Active Directory user objects which are associated with shared mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange are disabled.

The Mailbox Folder Structure Retrieval queries Active Directory in a way which filters out disabled user objects and therefore such shared mailboxes are not processed by this feature.

Created Users for Shared mailboxes in Microsoft Active Directory are disabled by default. The way GFI Archiver uses the LDAP query it does not sync disabled users.
