Overview

Emails within a distribution list are not being archived for any of its users. This article explains why this issue occurs and how you can troubleshoot it.

Root Cause

One or more members of the distribution list are part of an archive restriction list.

Resolution

Ensure that none of the members of the distribution list are part of an archive restriction list (restricted by exclusion).
