Can I deploy the Outlook Connector with its data path root set to a network location?

Answer

The Outlook Connector cannot be deployed with its data path root set to a network location. This is due to a limitation of the local cache database which is used to store data on the client machine where the Outlook Connector is installed.

This applies to all Outlook Connector versions to date.
