Why does GFI LANguard show that my web server is vulnerable to all web alerts?

Answer

This is normally caused if the web server is configured to send a custom web page when a requested page is not found. GFI LANguard is expecting to get an error message (e.g. HTTP error 404), and when that does not happen the alert is triggered.
