Problem Summary

When customer attempts to remediate machines the missing patches fail to load in the Remediation Center, but are loaded fine in the Dashboard.

How to Identify

LanGuard timeouts when tries to collect the data from the RemediationCenter table. To identify the problem, do the following: 1. Click the Dashboard tab > Patches. All the missing patches are listed. 2. Click the Remediate tab > Remediation Center > Deploy Software Updates. Loading spinner appears and never stops.

Workaround / Fix Details

This issue was fixed in GFI LanGuard 2014 via patch The patch was included in GFI LanGuard 2015 and later.
