Overview
When troubleshooting antivirus related issues, there is some missing or incorrect information displayed on the Dashboard.
You may consider generating additional logs when GFI LanGuard is not detecting antivirus correctly.
Process
- Run the file on the target computer:
..\Program Files\GFI\LanGuard 11 Agent\ oesisdiagnose_v3.exe
- At the end of the process, it generates a couple of files containing the result that is sent to the LanGuard console:
- OESISDiagnoseLog_V3.log
- OESISDiagnoseLog_V3.xml
NOTE: This file provides important information that cannot be found on the usual debug logs.
