Verify If Proxy Is in Use

Review Proxy Configuration

1. Open Internet Explorer (IE), go to Tools > Internet options.
2. Navigate to the Connections > LAN settings to review the configuration.
   Proxy settings may be manually specified, or if Automatically Detect Settings is selected, it may be pulling a WPAD (Web Proxy Auto-Discovery) configuration script over the network.
