Vulnerability scan fails with the following error:
OLE-error-C8000247

This is normally caused when the Windows Update service is not started and/or is not working correctly.

Resolution

1. Ensure the Windows Update service is started.
2. Ensure there are no issues in manually updating via Windows Update.
3. Reset Windows Update components
4. Ensure you have the latest version of the Windows Update Agent.
5. Re-run the Vulnerability Check.
