Overview

When attempting to add a new rule under a Custom target, the domain list is empty as seen in the image below:

Root Cause

The file enumeratedomains.xml may have become corrupt.

Resolution

Microsoft Windows XP/2003 Environments:

1. Navigate in Windows Explorer to C:\Documents and Settings\All users\GFI\LanGuard 10\Cache
2. Delete the enumeratedomains.xml file.
3. Restart the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
   
   

Microsoft Windows Vista/2008 and newer:

1. Navigate in Windows Explorer to C:\ProgramData\GFI\LANguard 10\Cache
2. Delete the enumeratedomains.xml file.
3. Restart the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
