Configuration Import/Export Is Not Importing File Storage Settings

Overview

When importing the configuration settings related to file storage are not imported.

Environment

EventsManager 2011 SR2 build 20110810

Resolution

Confirm the following steps:

1. The user exported the whole configuration.
2. Then imported it again and restarted the services and the UI.
3. Check the file storage settings like path and rotation. Verify if this shows that these settings are the default settings.

To fix this issue, configure these settings as needed.
