Problem Summary

WebMonitor reports TLD identifiers like co.nz and com.au as actual domains, whereas these are just TLD identifiers like .com or .net.

How to Identify

1. Access a site e.g. news.com.au 2. Go to Dashboard > Activity > Websites 3. You will see com.au listed as a Domain

Workaround / Fix Details

- Issue has been fixed in build 20120831 if a new database is used - Issue still occurs if upgrading from 20120618 to a newer build and the same database is used

Required Actions

- If customer is on build 20120831 or 20121029, run the tool which can be downloaded from http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/WEBMON2012/20120831/WM2012_PATCH_20120925_01.zip - If the customer is on a newer build, escalate the case
