Problem Summary

When the language is set to Italian or Chinese, the "Save to disk" and "Non-Cached Download" buttons do not appear in the download status page and the user can't save the file.

How to Identify

- If the language is set to Italian or Chinese, after a file is scanned the "Save to disk" and "Non-Cached Download" buttons do not appear in the download status page - If you set the language to anything else the buttons show up properly
