"Save to Disk" does not work when downloading from FTP

Problem Summary

When downloading from an FTP link and the Download Status Page is used, the "Save to Disk" button reloads the page instead of saving the file

How to Identify

- Download a file from an FTP link, e.g. ftp://ftp.someurl.com/file.exe - Click on the "Save to Disk" button - The Download Status Page is refreshed instead of saving the file

Workaround / Fix Details

Workaround: 1. Make a backup copy of the file \UserPages\DownloadingPage.html 2. Open DownloadingPage.html with a text editor. If UAC is enabled please run the text editor as an administrator by right clicking on Notepad and select 'Run as administrator' 3. Find the text getElementById(document,"downloadForm") 4. Replace with document.getElementById("downloadForm") 5. Save the file 6. Restart the GFI Proxy (Standalone version) or Microsoft Firewall (ISA/TMG) service
