button "Go Back" is not working after downloading a file

How to Identify

Set a policy to warn for PDF files with download progress bar enabled Access a site with files to download (ex. http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/roadmap/asaroadmap.html) The files is downloaded correctly Save to disk Once the file is save try the button "Go Back" - nothing happens Strangely it does not reproduce for every file

Workaround / Fix Details

clarification: this is not a bug. This option will use the browser capability to go back. When the browser cannot performed the action this will be greyout in the GFI WebMonitor block page.

Required Actions

Explain to the client how it suppose to work.
