Overview

This article addresses an issue where the update of the WebGrade database fails, and the below error message is displayed in the UI (user interface):

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Check the URLSA and URLSB directory for files with the read-only flag set. Typically, you will find three read-only msvc*80.dlls files left in the directory of the error message.
2. Remove the read-only attribute for all files in URLSA and URLSB.

Confirmation

After removing the read-only attributes for all files in URLSA and URLSB, the update of the WebGrade database will no longer fail.
