Overview

This article provides the process of setting up Microsoft Office 365 with GFI FaxMaker to receive faxes in a distribution list.

Process

GFI FaxMaker can route faxes to a distribution list. In order to achieve this using Microsoft Office 365 as a mail server, follow the below three steps:

1. Active Directory - Create the distribution list and add the respective members.

2. GFI FaxMaker - Add the distribution group as licensed users.

3. Office 365 

• Create a new mailbox like user@company.microsoft.com
• Link the members of the distribution group to the mailbox created.
