PDF documents that are generated by TAM Accounting software result in garbled data once faxed ( ONLY)

Answer

Parts of text and form structure found in some PDFs ( created by the TAM Accounting application ) become garbled during the document conversion process.  The issue is even present when using the latest Adobe Reader X instead of the internal GFI FaxMaker PDF converter.

The manufacturer or TAM Accounting software is aware of this issue and are currently looking into this matter. The current workaround is to use Adobe Reader v9.4 and set it to handle conversions of PDF files.
