How to assign a particular fax line to users and groups

A particular fax line can be assigned to be used by a particular user or group. In order to do so: 

1. Open the GFI FaxMaker Configuration
2. Click Lines / Devices
3. Open the Properties of the line you wish to modify
4. Assign the necessary users and groups in the Users tab
5. Click OK to confirm the changes. Restart both GFI FaxMaker services. 

There is also the possibility to reserve the line for the users and groups of that particular list only. This can be done by marking the checkbox for Reserve line only for listed users/groups.
